These Terms govern your use of ClipSalvo ("the Service"), operated by ClipSalvo ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
ClipSalvo lets you upload a single video and publish or schedule it to your connected YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to publish it.
You must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We only store OAuth tokens for the platforms you connect and use them solely to publish content on your behalf.
ClipSalvo and its software are owned by us. You retain ownership of your uploaded content; you grant us a limited license to store and transmit it only to fulfil the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platforms (YouTube, Meta) may change their APIs at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
