We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with ClipSalvo, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email you paid with.
2. Or email us at ksinghx326@gmail.com and we will process it on your behalf.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

Refund timing

Approved refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
