ClipSalvo ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described below.

Data we collect

Account data: the email address and basic profile returned by Google Sign-In (managed by our auth provider). We do not store passwords.
Connected accounts: OAuth tokens for YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram — used solely to publish content on your behalf. We never see your platform passwords.
Content: videos and captions you upload, kept only as long as needed to publish them.
Usage & security data: IP address, device information, timestamps, error logs.

Purposes and legal basis

Provide the Service (contract).
Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection (legitimate interest).
Support and communication (contract).
Legal compliance (legal obligation).

Sharing

We share personal data with:

Hosting and infrastructure providers.
YouTube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — when you publish content to them.
Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
Authorities where required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded videos are deleted after the scheduled post completes or when you delete them. You can request full deletion by emailing us.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. Email ksinghx326@gmail.com.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure OAuth flows. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication.
